Tai Chi
A practice of honoring yourself, your body, and what it needs. We explore balance, comfort, agility, ease, efficiency, and movement that is natural & optimal. This class is both restorative and stimulating. We explore body alignment and being centered in stillness and in motion - it is both calming & powerful. The intent is to nourish and nurture the body, mind, & spirit. Students will learn to move using energy & breath, not only with muscles & strength.

Infrared Yoga
Experience a 75-minute practice of 26 asanas (poses) and 2 breathwork techniques designed to strengthen, align, and restore balance in body and mind. Each session follows a steady rhythm that deepens focus and promotes mindful movement. Gentle infrared therapy supports your practice by improving circulation, releasing tension, and enhancing flexibility—helping your body move with greater ease and recovery while you build lasting strength from within.

Mat Pilates
Experience the perfect balance of mind and body in this unique 60 minute fusion class. Restorative Yoga
75 minute class which allows the body and mind to rest deeply. We use props to hold our bodies in just a few simple poses for extended periods. This creates a sense of safety and ease to our mind and our nervous system so we can move from a state of "fight or flight" to "rest and digest." A state of awake awareness but also deep relaxation

Infrared Recovery Room
An open, self-guided infrared heat experience for recovery and restoration. Rest, stretch, or gently move at your own pace using supportive stations and props.
This is not a structured class, and entry requires a punch pass or drop-in rate.
You’re invited to listen to your body, explore what feels helpful, and you can stay as long as you would like.
Doors lock at 7:30pm, we ask you plan your time accordingly.

Kids Club
Family Yoga is a playful, relaxed class designed for kids and their grown-ups to move, stretch, and breathe together. Expect simple poses, gentle movement, and moments of connection — with plenty of room for curiosity, laughter, and breaks. This class is about spending time together and enjoying movement in a supportive, low-pressure space.

Monthly
Sound Bath
Offered once each month in alignment with the New or Full Moon, these gatherings are an opportunity to pause, reset, and reconnect. Through guided meditation and immersive sound, we create space for reflection, release, and intention setting in rhythm with the lunar cycle.
Dates shift each month to honor the moon — please check the current schedule for upcoming ceremonies.
