Tai Chi
Intro to Soft Movement
A practice of honoring yourself, your body, and what it needs. We explore balance, comfort, agility, ease, efficiency, and movement that is natural & optimal. This class is both restorative and stimulating. We explore body alignment and being centered in stillness and in motion - it is both calming & powerful. The intent is to nourish and nurture the body, mind, & spirit. Students will learn to move using energy & breath, not only with muscles & strength.

Kriya Flow Yoga

Kriya Flow Yoga follows a consistent sequence rooted in the traditional 26-posture Kriya practice, offered at a steady, approachable pace. Moving with your breath through familiar poses allows you to build strength, focus, and body awareness over time.
The repetition is intentional — it creates clarity, confidence, and a sense of ease in your practice. Rather than constantly learning something new, you’re given space to notice progress, refine alignment, and deepen your relationship with the poses naturally.
